As a professional photographer who does figure work, i can honestly tell you that the "art" definition does not apply to anyone under the age of 18. You shoot something involving a nude minor, you will be arrested, prosicuted, and have happy little signs declaring you a sexual offender posted around your neighborhood. Stick to people of age, i have heard accounts of various photographers arguing that it was art so it was okay that the model was under 18, but have yet to hear of that argument succeeding.
