Yeah, that's what I thought when someone told me that. But to cure cramps is a mind over matter thing and you could lie in bed and eat chocolate till your fat but the pain is still there. The first 10 minutes of excercising are complete hell because you feel like shit but after that it feels really great to forget about it (plus you end up sleeping really well) and the best part is that it works every time.

Get on the Depo-Provera birth control shot. Seriously. At the very least, look into it. I used to get THE WORST cramps ever. They'd make me feel sick in my tummy

Then I got on the shot, and now... no cramps. Just a little lower back pain when I "would be" getting my period... (You don't menstruate but maybe once every 3 months right before you ought to go back and get a new shot.)
