There's this guy at my work that I've sort of had a little crush on for awhile. He's hilarious, absolutely adorable, and we seem to have a lot in common.

I haven't really put much thought into persuing anything though, because at work is where all the sexual stories and stuff come out, so we all know more about each other than we probably should, considering none of us have known each other for very long. It's not that his stories bother me... it's that he doesn't have any. He's saving himself for marriage. He's messed up once, so he's not a virgin, but he said that just makes him want to wait even more.

But now I'd like to get to know him better, and outside of work. I don't use sex, or promise sex, to get guys, but for some reason the fact that he's not interested in that makes it seem so different... Like there should be a different way to flirt or something.

What to do?

Edit: I suppose I dont' really want to "seduce" him, or even really date him. But if I actually did, how would I go about doing that? And have any of you been on either side of this situation?

for real though, let's make one thing clear, it's not that he doesn't LIKE sex.. i'm sure he enjoys sex, it's probably an emotional thing or moral dilemma he's going through. either way don't act any different around him. don't treat him like he's a prude or some little bitch, he's a grown man.. don't sweat it. if he is into you he'll be fine with you pursuing him. that and make sure you guys have pleanty to drink!

Hit on him in a friendly manner. Ask him about his interests, and get to know him. Just talk to him.

The same way as any other guy. There's no difference, it'll just be like when a guy hits on a girl out of his league (and she knows it), it isn't going to go anywhere. I personally don't agree with the decision, but it's important to him and I've heard the way he talks about the girl who convinced him to do it the first time... I don't want to be her.

yer. you're correct. persistence is the name of the game, but you've got to know where to draw the line. I know a dude who, when hitting on girsl, it will start like this... "Hi, how are you? what's your name? Have you got a boyfriend?" if she says yes, he goes for someone else.
