What I suggest? If I were you I'd try my best to end that relationship and send her to the hills with ther troll family. Bur since you're sex-starved, I suggest TWO THINGS:

No and no. None of those so-called aphrodisiacs work, and some are even harmful. Sedatives won't knock her out well enough to be useful unless they're so strong she'll know exactly what is going on when she wakes up.

A good trick you can pull out is open a cola bottle and slip two sleeping pills in (quite enough to dissolve in that quantity). Let her keep drinking it durning the day. That way she'll pass out by the night (assuming she doesn't chug the 2 litre bottle in one sip!)

Well here is an update, it will give you something to think about because I'm living this now. If you read back you can see what has been happening.
