It was the first board I found on totse. I find the people interesting, and I feel good when I can help people. This is the most empathic board on these forums, and many smart, mature and respected members post here.

i used to come here solely because i was interested in sex and relationships and liked giving my opinion. now i come here because i have gotten to know a lot of people who post and i want to see what is going on in their lives and what they have to say.

similarly, I came here initially because I was curious about sex and general oppinions. Now I am mostly over that, but I have found that among the posters there are a few people that give out good advice. So occasionally I come back if something is bothering me, to get second oppinions.

Also, sometimes I am just bored and this is some entertainment.

altthough it's not as entertaining as SG and I am not as knowledgeable and well-known as in BLTC, it's a nice community, usually very serious about people's problems. I like it.

Truthfully, not just romantic ones but human relationships in general are a non stop source of depression for me. I often say things like "if we stopped worrying about sex think what we could achieve" and it's true, but these comments are mostly aimed at taking the sting away from the fact that i fail at human relationships. I have my other strengths that make up for this, but it doesn't stop the feeling that i'm missing out on something great.

So i come to this board in the hope that by reading enough about the subject i can learn to navigate the dark waters and find some happiness in this part of my life.

Be positive about things instead of cynical.. your'll get a long way. Not everyone is out to get you

I have to say I have only ever been this honest with ANYONE, ANYONE online or in RL one before and that was in the previous totse confessional.

its one of the few places where i can go for help or help someone without being flamed to oblivion.

It's entertaining, sometimes funny, sometimes informative plus I've grown quite fond of some of the people here.

I don't know, I kind of enjoy seeing stereotypes played out to the fullest in all the sexual encouters that the girls here have.

Its better than the furious fag filled flame fest that is SG.

I've only seen one bel-air ever on this board.

Coming here lets me listen to what someone has to ask/say irrespective of their age, race or gender.

IRL I doubt I would take the opinion of an 18 year too seriously and being a Brit of my generation means that I tend to view all Americans as at best annoying kids and at worst congenital idiots. Being here has taught me that that is untrue (but remember please America, we judge you by your president :P).



Also someone has to come here and fight the tides of fem-nazism and the hordes of ginger mutantszz!!111

I like people. I like them alot more online because they'll be more open and inhibitid and talk about things that they wouldnt in real life.

Also there's that nagging little detail that I'm an over-oppinionated bitch and love to give my oppinion. About everything.

I first came here when I was younger, wanting to be a better lover.

I stay here because I like the people (not to mention the sound of my own voice).

I used to come here to fuck around with people and gain a bit of insight into the sexual side...well, it's pretty much the whole damned human...of people.

Over time, I've grown to know some of the boardmembers better, myself better...and I feel comfortable sharing anything about my life in here.

It's just one of the cooler forums. I appreciate the honesty/maturity in here as opposed to something like Bad Ideas.

it is interesting to see how many people are in the same situation. i have seen so many posts and thought "i have been in that place"

I havent really been here for that long, just the last week or so. i post in a some others but this is the most interesting! by far!

I come here looking for people who have problems like I do. I basically look for threads I can relate to, hoping that they maybe can help me somehow.

I don't post too many threads because well... Even though I have lots of issues, they seem to be really weird ones that can't easily be helped and people can rarely put themselves in my situation.

But yeah, I just like seeing what people have to say about stuff and I hope to learn something here.
