What actions can show that you care for your girlfriend, and what actions can send the message that you don't care?

My girl just said "if you really care, why do you keep doing it" and left. I have no idea what the hell she means, or what I'm doing..

Errr.. right before that, she said she was too clingy and a drama queen. Yesterday she asked if she was too clingy, and I said sometimes.

The only way to show that you care is to simply accept them as the shitty, immoral, terrifying, frightened, disgusting, worthless cretin they are. It takes years for you to wholly know and accept just how much of a fucking sicko any individual person is - but we're all fucking sick...some of us are just honest about it.
