Does the cold deteriorate or degrade them? It was about 13 degree's outside for 3 days lately, and we've had numourous frosts, and two light snows already.

Anyway the condom package was sealed right. As long as it the individual pack wasn't ruptured or exposed directly to frost/snow I think you're fine with latex. However there are some non-latex condoms, made from Polyurethane.

But yeah, that some bitch was sealed. I wouldn't use one that wasn't, no matter how desperate.
