One of the few hookups i've had was with her (while we were both a little drunk), and while i'm not extremely physically attracted to her, I feel like she could really grow on me. Like I wouldn't wanna fuck her, but I did enjoy making out with her, and she gives great hugs. Here's the problem: I know her older brother, 'cuz he's a senior at my school and is really good to me, generally. Here's the KICKER: she's my next door neighbor. If she has had a crush on you, and you're considering an attempt at a relationship which you're hoping will blossom without physical attraction on your side, it kinda sounds like you're planning to use her to counter your loneliness/desperation.
