ok, ive liked this girl for like...3 years, and i recently asked her out, so...any ideas for the first date(if it can be called that), cuz movies seem too...overused?

If you've know her for three years, I'm sure you've seen movies together and whatnot.

Take her to the beach and watch the sun set.

It's not pathetic until you fail to do anything with her... If it's too cold for the beach, take her to the park.

If you don't want to go out, have a movie night at home. Cook dinner for her. Impress her with your skills.

funny, i can find a problem w/ all of those...(not your fault, im just like this), cant go camping, cuz of parents, and i have no transportation!

Ah well, then learn how to cook. It's not that hard, and really it is impressive to most girls in this world where men can't even pretend to cook.

Or maybe, what doesn't she like? Is she a veggie? Does she crave MEAT? Think man, think.

You guys cant hang out amongst friends, go to the movies, umm, whatelse, no transportation, and friends...invite her for dinner, have friends over with her at your place? Take walks in forests, parks, bike tracks, national natural parks, go eat out at some foreign restaurant, find her interests, and yours that blend, and figure something out, eating is nice for a first date, maybe some exotic food will do.
