failure with females
After about four years with no girlfriend, I've realized that I have completely forgotten how to ask a girl out on a date. The few unsatisfactory attempts I've made over the years have mostly resulted in forgotten friendships. This is depressing.

Re: failure with females
what is your current approach? do you even have one?
usually being nonchalant but slightly enthusiastic is the best way, if you can pull it off. the attitude should be like, "hey, you;re fun and we are hitting it off, let;s do something outside the context of where we normally see each other!" of course, first you need to establish the "fun" and "hitting it off" parts.

Re: failure with females
Don't ask so much as state. That works better I hear. "Let's go out! versus Go out with me?"
What do I know. I haven't gotten laid in so long I think I'm getting my virginity back.

asking is more respectful, as well as more realistic. "stating" is just a form of denial of the ambiguity, unless it's painfully obvious she wants to go out.

While you might be right, I've had more luck with the whole "stating" thing.

"hey, you're fun and we are hitting it off, let's do something outside the context of where we normally see each other!"
Say that sentence like you rehearsed it a whole bunch, she'll laugh, and take the hint...its flawless, great line lauren!

Haha, that would be funny. Maybe I'll try that one day..
Nonchalant and slightly enthusiastic is pretty much exactly what I've been doing. It usually goes something like this, after talking for a week or two (example):
girl: I really like band x.
me: sweet, me too. you know they're playing a show this weekend?
girl: OMG!!!11 that's awesome!
me: yep, want to come see them with me?
girl: yeah!!! Who should we invite to go with us?
me to self: ...
Either there's something wrong with me, or I'm meeting the wrong people.
I want to leave high school now.

I'm sure every guy would hate to hear that come out of a girl's mouth.
I mean, if she put it like that...everyone's answer would be no...right?

Re: failure with females
How do you act when asking a girl out?,, or meeting a girl in general.. and why are you waiting till after a week or two to ask her on a date?
You should be laid back and cool.. like you don't really care whether she likes you or not.. she looked interesting, and you wanted to get a closer impression.
You're still in high school? do you only try to date people in your school? or do you go to a mall and try to find others? or?
and how is it that you haven't had a girlfriend in 4 years if you're still in highschool? what the HELL?!
I'm so lost with how bad your situation sounds.

Thats when you reply:
"Baby we're not gonna need anyone else because I'm gonna be more than you can handle"

i like your approach. when the girl says that last part simply reply, "just you and me." if she persists about inviting others, consider that hesitance to date you. (but not necessarily outright rejection)

Re: failure with females
A common problem with approaching females is thinking WAY too much. About the consequences of rejection, the future between you two, what she'll think of your appearance/personality, whether you have a booger on your nose, etc. My advice is to stop thinking so much and just go where your heart takes you. Don't think about what will happen or has happened in the past, just think about that moment and what you want to do. If you want to approach a girl, do it. Don't be a conceited dick, don't be overconfident. Be yourself and be honest. If you're honest and she doesn't like you, who wants to be with someone like that anyway?

Re: failure with females
I doubt this worked out for me.
Some girl started waving at me in the class.
Me: *lol* don't wave at me
Girl: I just wanted to say hi!
Me: Why would you?
Girl: I don't know *starts waving again*
Me: Mmm ok *started walking away and turn around then wave* there, happy? *smilie*
Heh, maybe try different personality, maybe like nice guy or asshole. I guess you just need to know what kind girl they are.
Edit: And of course, I didn't stop talking to her after that and started joking around at other guy with "I heard you sucks dick" as in joking way.

Like, your own? And if you're an asshole already then good luck because you'll probably only get really dumpy bitches who treat everyone like shit.

Heh, I know. I noticed that, hence I said I doubt it worked out for me.
My true personality is more of...little pussy bitch. You know what I'm saying, being too nice and blah blah being an gentlemen toward to girls that I'm interested in.
It's just nice to try out different personalities unless you think too much.

It is very possible to not be a pussy little bitch or an asshole, and have a good position in the center. I too have "tried out" both personalities and they're just not me. When you're comfortable with yourself, girls will be too, regardless of how you are.

IMO, it's "boring" type or chilled out druggy type(which that I can easily do).
Edit: Or very sexual type. I know a freshmen who always...fucking touch and hug all girls whatever he want. Even for 50 years old!

Hm. Didn't think about doing that. So simple yet it might just work. Now I hope it's not too late to turn this around..
