Oh, it's a very cyclical process. Man mistreats woman, who in turn becomes corrupt and mistreats another man, who will then mistreat a woman. I'm just not going to be the loser in that equation anymore, so I'm going to take a preemptive strike and just use women from now on.

So you can see why it'd be only natural to treat women like shit, I'm just doing my part to continue the cycle.

It's good to stand up and fight for the relationship, but there's a point at which it's doomed, and the two people no longer enjoy being together. Just make sure you don't get to that point, and if you do, be ready to accept that maybe it won't work out.
