There was no real organized Christian church for about 300 years after the death of Christ. The only organization the apostles/disciples had was their communes, which goes against everything the Catholic church stands for (greed and power).

I think you missed the part where I said I had kinky sex with my exgirlfriend. As in, I no longer do, and I will not have sex until I am truly in love with someone again. Shit, I didn't even have sex with her for 6 months - the whole time she was begging and begging for me to. I eventually gave in because I felt really sorry that her sister had brain cancer and might die.

I somehow missed this reply. Your knowledge of 'christian' history is sadly lacking.

But this is not the place for me to correct it, nor do I have any real desire too.

If however you ever decide to investigate the origins of christianity then I can warmly recommend "Redating the New Testament" By Robinson , a seminal work which not only makes the case for redating segments of John as the oldest gospel but also provides a solid grounding in the history of the early church.
