So break up with her. After a few months of having your soul consumed but complete and utter loneliness, maybe you'll be able to approach relationships with a newfound, more mature perspective. Oh, and dont expect the same girl to be around then.

Okay man but the only thing that's gonna get you through this whole situation is self-discipline. You can't wrap yourself in cotton-wool. You know you're not being the best man you can be, so you gotta just DO something about that. Nobody else is gonna do it for you, not because we don't want to, but because we can't.

Yeah, you do want to live. You're just having a rough night. Fix what needs to be fix, and be thankful for all that you do have. You've all the essentials, as well as a girl to love. Thats bonus. You know what you are doing right, so get help or fix it.

If you are having problems like this, then you only have a few choices- Fix whatever it is you are doing wrong, or distance yourself from the girl and quit hurting her.

But since you havent given anybody any specifics, you cant expect them to come up with a magic cure.
