Most countries recognise drunken consent as valid consent. The US doesn't, but if you were drunk too you also couldn't have consented, and you've got an out.

So she's gonna cry rape? Make her prove you fucked her. Her not having a hymen doesn't prove you popped it.

She's gonna say you got her drunk? Make her produce evidence beyond a reasonable doubt you guys were all drinking.

No, you are pretty much ass-fucked! Or at least well could be. Never mind if you slept with her (non-sexually). Even if you didn't even touch her (which you claim you did), the fact that you provided alchohol to minors is a criminal act. That in itself can get you into plenty of trouble. Add to that the fact that you are on probation, which you clearly violated, can put you square in the slammer.

The only proof she needs is her word.

And the situation which it happened in is kind of fucked up too.

He got her drunk.

He slept in the same bed with her.

If she mentions that the two had sex or rape or whatever, he's fucked, simply put.

My advice would be to call the girl and get some information from her.

Call her up on the phone (possible record the conversation) and say something like:

"Hey what's up? I heard some rumors going around school that me and you had sex or something that one night. I just wanted to say I'm not the one spreading them or anything, because we didn't have sex."

Then someone get her to say that you two didn't have sex.

"This is totally ridiculous. I can't believe people would say stuff like this. You know we didn't have sex. You agree with all that I've said?"
