Am I shallow?
Theres this girl that likes me, and I would date her. But the problem is, I dont find her psyically attractive, would you consider that shallow?

Re: Am I shallow?
No, what s stupid fucking question! You just want to brag that some one likes you. Well she's ugly, so she doesn't count.
Now that is called shallowness.

Re: Am I shallow?
A shallow person wouldnt date someone because they didn't find them physically attractive. So if you are trying to find the proper term for what you are doing it depends on your intentions. If you are just going to to try and get some then you are a asshole. If you go out because you feel bad for them then you are a jerk for leading them on. If you don't know why you would go out with them then you are a dumbass.

What, Im just curious if people think Im being shallow because a reason I wont date a girl is because I dont find her attractive, no need to be aggressive.

Re: Am I shallow?
It is kind of shallow, but I don't think there is a single person on the planet who can say they're not at least a little shallow.
I know from experience that it's difficult to date someone who you are not at all attracted to. Only a hypocrite would condemn you for not dating her, imho.

Re: Am I shallow?
i don't even think i should attempt this, as i suspect you are a troll. but whether or not someone is shallow has nothing to do with whether or not they base their dating decisions on if they find someone attractive; it has everything to do with what factors cause them to feel the attraction.

It is shallowness in my opinion, there are many dimensions to a person than just physical attributes, you may find that she has an attractive personality, may have qualities that you like but yet know nothing of.

I'm assuming since he "would date her" he already knows that he likes her personality.

Re: Am I shallow?
ok sorry then. don't worry about being shallow. just do as you will and adjust to whatever makes you happy. in the end i suspect you'll end up in a non-shallow place. being shallow generally doesn't make for the most fulfilling life.

No hard feelings, but yeah, I get your point.

Re: Am I shallow?
Shallow or not, who cares? Personally I see it as normal. If you aren't attracted, it won't last. We must enjoy our youth while we can.

Re: Am I shallow?
NO.. society likes to say that it's shallow for guys not wanting to date a fat duck. now if you aren't attracted to her then focus on finding a more a qualified female.
