Anyone can find something to bitch about whether it's in general, or about a specific person. Sometimes that's easier to do than trying to find something good, and in doing so it can make a person feel they are better momentarily. It's a good way of avoiding personal issues too, instead of facing them head on.

Well, I do wish you well with the changes you are going to try to make.

A good friend once told me that life is like a pendulum, as it swings from side to side. So we experience one extreme, then go to the other extreme. We continue to do this throughout our lives until those extremes are not so high and become more closely balanced.

Maybe, in doing what you're considering, it will take you to another level and ever-closer to a more balanced state.
