Default Being Strung Along?

Okay lads (and ladies) a recent occurance has thrown me off track, i need your mastered thoughts on wtf to do.

I start my story 6 months ago, i meet a girl online and we click, we talk everyday sine, and she knows i fancy her. Later on we get more intermiate from what we say, until i ask, what do you think of me? she replies that im fucking awesome.

Now i asked her out recently and she said 'No' becasue she wants to concentrate on school which finishes June 2007, and i respect that, and that she doesnt want a boyfriend, but im just stumped becasue she says im fucking awesome, she knows i love her, and not being horrible she doesnt like herself, so i thought i could love her for who she is.

Now totse please direct me if you think this girl is playign me along. I left a message on her phone:

Everytime you come online i get excited and feel glad your there, and i know i can tell you anything, i never knew it before, but i feel what love is, but i'll leave, i'll have my chin up. good bye. i know when im not wanted

I really do hope you find happiness

Farewell, i shall be back later

Peace-out.

You're obsessing, seriously. Forget about this girl, beg your dad or friends to give you some insight on women, and try again. The fact alone that you're being all dramatic against someone who you've never seen proves that your a sad loner with no life. And that.is.a.turn.off.

You came off as too obsessive and followed that up with a "hrmph i'm leaving!" You should have stopped talking to her for the most part, maybe a casual hello every now and then, but no mushy gushy stuff about "love" or some shit. I'm surprised you didn't spout off some poetry while you were at it.

Bottom line: you came off looking insecure, needy, and weak. That doesn't mix well with women.

I'd definitely give up on this one. First of all, 'you're awesome' is a pretty common response for girls to give, especially to friends. It's so damn generic...If she was interested, she would have said something a little more personal/intimate.

It sounds like you put her on the spot by asking her out, and she gave two bullshit excuses. Thats one thing that always annoyed me about girls. They're so worried about 'hurting your feelings' that they wont come out and give you an honest awnser.

Also, the phone message was utterly and completely pathetic. If that was me, I'd be too ashamed to even talk to her again.

Don't much care for what you sent her, I think it sounds...kind of weak. You should have wished her good luck with her studies and maybe you can get together once school is over.

People do have their priorities, and (to give her the benefit of the doubt) this could be genuine.

It sounds like she likes you as a friend at least.

Haha, what a fucking loser! He's trynig to guilt trip her, fucking pathetic and a half if you ask me.

You've never met her, you don't love her. You may feel what you preceive as love, but seriously, you're obsessed. You're an E-stalker.

Jesus christ...give up!

Woah, dude, time to relax. Gotta take things as they come. You cannot control a girl, or her feelings. So don't even try.
