Well there is a girl who is intrested in me and Im intrested in her.

We met each other at a friends house not to long ago and we both kinda hit it off. Lots of flirting and laughing. Anyways I got her number and texted her a few times (I told her she was cute) and I didnt wanna over do it till I hung out with her again ot actually see if there is any attraction...

Well today my friend and I went to the mall to catch a movie and we decided to go check on her at her work.

When we get there she seems really happy to see me but doesnt look me in the eye once. Anyways she invites me to some party when she gets off work and I tell her Ill call her.

I text her when the movie is out and find out the party is pretty far and its already pretty late. So I text her back telling her she should leave the party and come get drunk and my house. She texts back saying she cant because her sister is with her.

So totse, do you today would be a good day to call her back and ask her if shes still down to come over tonight?

well, doesn't sound like you have a problem to me. she likes you, you like her - invite her over!

don't overdo the texting though. I know that gets me really annoyed.

I fucking hate the concept of texting conversations. It costs more to conduct a 10 message conversation then it does to call them for 2 minutes.

Texting should only be used in either noisy environments or to relay one bit of information with limited need for a reply.

There's nothing worse than a guy or girl that won't stop texting. You should arrange to do something with just the two of you. If she's really interested in you, she'll agree in a heart beat. But like the others said, don't over do the texting, it's always better to play "hard to get" than "I'm so easy, take me"

Anyways, like the other guy said, it sounds like she has interest in you, just make sure you don't over-do it. Don't constantly bombard her asking if she wants to chill, it'll turn her away. But from the likes of it, it doesn't sound like you are doing. Maybe something really good could come from this. Good luck man.

You do realise that 'drinking at a boys house' is a dangerous activity for a girl, and that it would be dhunned by her friends and -especially- her sister?

It's a bit full on man. It would have been best to go to the party. I don't know where you should go from here, but I suppose it couldn't hurt to ask again. She might be able to get away from her sis.

She obviously likes you dude so it would be hard to go wrong from here, if you keep up your positive attitude.

Yeah, I kinda agree actually. I was thinking that when I first posted, but I didn't mention it. I live on a college campus, and there are a lot of cases of sexual abuse and rape that start out just like that.

^ Yep, boys have a habit of misreading signals and taking things a bit too far. Girls have a habit of being unable to say no. Unfortunate, but true.

Yes, I'm aware of this, my mobile has a cap on it, so I can text to my heart's content and it won't cost me anything. The point is that it is an inferior form of communication. Surely it would be better to make the short phonecall.
