Anyone know if you can get brown discharge ( very tiny amount of blood dispersed with the natural vaginal lubrication ) while being pregnant, or is it just a sign of an upcoming Period?



I'd appreciate it, and it's nothing to do with STD's and the such, i'm more than 10000% sure i f that were possible.

Yes.. It is a sign of pregnancy. Spotting can occur once you are pregnant. But keep in mind that you can still have your period and be pregnant.

My girlfriend had that about a week after we last had sex, and she wasnt on her period, so I was scared shitless. It's been 5 months or so and she now has regular periods again and absolutely no sign of pregnancy whatsoever. So it sometimes maybe just happens?

If she didnt get a period for 5 months, you damn well better be worried. Some girls just dont show it until the last trimester, and its still possible for light periods to happen even in the later months of pregnancy.

No no, shes had a normal period for the past 5 months is what I meant to say.

I hope I get mine soon, should be tomorrow, I somehow dont see it coming, never felt like this prior to a period.

There are many signs you may experience when you first get pregnant.

You can feel very tired, nauseous, have very sore breasts, and I'm sure other things too.

hmmm...Sometimes thats just a precourser to the actual period. You shouldn't freak out about it.

The discharge i experienced isn't really gross...It's like a drop of blood, dispersed in normal healthy vaginal lube, the stuff that keeps your vagina clean.

And it only occured on two days,...and I've been really tired, very very tender breasts, I'm just praying that I'm gonna get my period, although I feel the symptoms of PMS, pregnant women feel those also, but this time it was totally different, on a different scale, and during those two days, I believe Nov 13 & 14, I also had great cramps in the abdominal area, and birth canal,..those were way more painful than my regular PMS cramps..any info will be appreciated it, even though I feel like my period might not come...sigh.

Well we're (my bf & I) are going to the doc's on Thursday, to get a blood test done up to see if i have any traces of human chorionic gonadotropin hormone in my blood, which is the only way to positively be sure that i am pregnant, just to reassure the both of us. I'm really not looking forward to be pregnant, doesn't look good on me, and i am too busy to be lethargic, and i've been too tired to do anything for the past week and a half so its already affected me either my belated menses or the implantation period. Wish me luck. Two more days. I'm scared of the whole process of chemical/hormonal abortion, i know exactly what will go on, it's just not wanting to experiencing it, and the legal matters with it, what if it doesn't work, etc, even though if it turns out that i am pregnant, it will be less that 14 days old. so it's tiny.
