Meeting girls
Yeah, I need a girlfriend soon, or just a girl I can talk to once in a while and meet with others of her friends.
I just need some FEMALE friends. I have a good job and now that I have a steady job going I can start dating without worrying about not being able to afford shit.
I don't want to end up like my friends who play WoW all the time, does anyone have some tips on meeting girls in the mall?
I would be going alone and every time I want to approach one I think I look creepy..like
"guy walking around mall just window shopping talking to girls.."
I don't care about rejection anymore, I'm thru with that, and I need advice on meeting girls and what are some good conversation starters,
I asked a guy I work with and he says he just talks to every girl in sight and ushally lands a number or two. I find that pretty stupid though.
thanks for any advice.

Re: Meeting girls
Forget girls, they're stupid and make you jump through hoops, and spoil perfectly good introductions by trying to act 'cool'.
Go back to playing WoW dude, for your own sake.

What makes you think you'd look like a creep hitting at a girl at the mall? Aslong as you don't pretend you came there for that reason, it's fine (bring along your backpack or something).

Then bring a friend. If you're with a male friend that means you won't really get much shopping done either, it's weird.
Going to mall alone for clothes = not weird.
Going to mall with females for clothes = not weird
Goimg to mall with males for clothes = weird
Going to mall alone for girls = weird
Going to mall with guys for girls = not weird.

Re: Meeting girls
Lol., good luck with any vapid cunts you meet at the mall.
If thats the sort of bitch you're into, I reccomend going back to WoW. Cheaper, more intelligent, and much more fun.

Meeting women at the mall? Depends on your age. If you are over 18, I suggest not trolling at the mall for the reason of jailbait.
What job do you have? What interests you have? Maybe there is a convention or something of the like in town you can travel to and meet people? Hell there a local bar you can hang out at? Go on yahoo chat or AIM
and meet people from your local area. Just remember to get a group. Get involved in local politics. Volunteer at the local YMCA to help with children. Go some where people gather and meet them. Go to college.

Re: Meeting girls
Well thanks for the advice, I was at the mall today just now was picking up weed from the skate park.
It was fucking shit actually, I have all this money, around $400 in cash. and even more on my credit card. But I have nothing to spend it on, nobody to spend it with. All I use my money for is bus/lunch and weed.
I had to get out of that mall asap, there were a lot of girls making eye contact with me and giving me a smile or two, but obviously I got nervous as ushual and ended up walking around shopping for crap I don't need like hats and shit.
Seeing everyone at the mall with a girl or a guy or them walking around with friends was just fucking depressing for me. I got a pizza and came home and now posting this.
Ready to enjoy my saturday night doing jack shit and browsing forums.

Just because you got money in your pocket, doesn't mean you have to spend. Money will take better care of you in the long run then a girlfriend, believe me.
You however did not answer my question. How old are you and what is your job?

Re: Meeting girls
You can't buy weed without having some friends? Unless you just walk up to people in the street saying "Can you get me some weed?"
Stop being a noob and bone some chicks already.

I'm 17, and I work in construction.. building or repairing houses, mostly repairing.

Long hours and I guess all you got is a bunch of guys around you all day long. The only women you see tend to be ugly and a bit lazy right? Are you a journeyman yet or still an apprentice?
I guess you are also well built doing all the physical labor you do. Ever tried going to a local college bar and pick chicks up? Cause if you got the looks down, then the rest should be easy. Or if you can, take a college course. Maybe drama or something. You can meet women like that too.

Re: Meeting girls
Sadly your friend was right about talking to them. You have to start somewhere.
Lets be honest here, the only way to meet girls at least decent ones is either be somewhat good looking or reasonably ok. Don't look like a scumbag cause no matter what anybody tells you most girls are shallow and stamp a number on your forehead with your number on the list. The better looking guys are at the top by the way.
The other way is have a girl or women know your personality and if they like it they will like you regardless of what you look like unless your are really butr ugly. This requires they get to know you and this is where your friends advice comes in. Get it!!!
There are other factors such as having a well developed body so work out often to help out or being extremly rich (shallow women). There is truth that there is a women for everyone but if your not looking you will never find her. Get with the program if its important to you.

getting girl's attention is the hardest part. now just go up and talk to them.
i wish girls would smile and look at me when i was out in public
you've got it made dude. the only thing left is to stop being such a pussy and go talk to one of them.

Were you going through a bad patch the other night?
You said you worked hard for your dad (why do I picture some Old School guy with some Euro accent?) for low pay & you hated it? Why the positive spin today?
Of course, a guy with a positive attitude isn't so likely to have a sour 'girl-scaring' expression on his mug? Which seems like it would be good.
