Default Female friend Dilemma...

Good afternoon kiddywinks. Right here's the thing, the 11 month thing I had going with this girl fell through because of me getting drunk and kissing my best friend (female).

Now some time has passed, and my friend (who for the sake of this I will call Emma, because that's her name.) was talking to me the other day saying she's on the fence and is thinking whether to get with me or not. But she is afraid that it will ruin our friendship.

Things are going great as friends right now but I know plenty people who've used friends as a starting point or who have been friends, tried being together, but then decided it's not right and they should go back to friends.

So I'm just wondering what can I say to get her to try something out? I'm thinking just ask her can we try something then if it's weird or not good then just forget it and go back to how things are. You's think that's a good idea? Cheers.

Yeah, say you dont want to necessarily jump right into anything, but ask if she wants to go on a straight up, regular Date, to test the waters. If it feels right, go on another, and so forth. If it feels strange, its not too late to back out, and keep the friendship thing.

PS I hope you take responsibility for the drunken thing. Drinking is no excuse for ANYTHING.

Thanks very much that seems a great idea. I'll talk to her later after work. And yes I was so drunk that night but I still kissed her, big mistake. And you know what made it worse? People think I went back to her house for sex because I'd lost my keys and stayed over at her 's, no one believes me that I slept on her sisters bed. So yeah I'm tainted now haha.

I am unsure of your position. But let me ask you a few questions:

1. Was your ex-gf hotter then your friend?

2. Is your friend hot? Is she worth it?

3. Is there any girl that you would rather bang other then your friend or ex?

4. Lastly, you will lose the friendship if you decide to start a relationship as fuckbuddies or bf gf.

So think about those questions, answer them, and you should be able to make the right decision.

Personally, I madeout with my gf's friends she knows because she seen me do it, but I am good at explaing myself. So unless it is worth it then don't do it. Female friends beat male friends any time, anywhere. Bonus you can fuck em if you are alone etc, they have boobs and smaller brain so easier to make them do shit. Anyways good luck ol' chum.

Thank me later.

@intox my friend is hotter than my ex. And I could go back to being just friends but she dwells on things a little more than I tend to... So I just need to say something that'd reassure her that we'd still be friends... Tough.
