I think its spelled Cystes. Its not an STD or anything I was born with them also except mine are alot worse then your I bet. I have them all over my cock. Try googling or using Wikipedia but I think the only way to get rid of them is through surgary, which I plan to do sometime. Doesnt stop me from getting pussy though.
