I have this problem which I have only just realised properly due to the insight of that lauren poster.

I am a fairly attractive person, and I have a hard time with alot of girls because they are a bit intimidated by me for that very reason, and are scared of me. Like, I get on very well with most girls, make good friendships and that, and girls love me, but the girls who I think would make good girlfriend material are put off by my looks and the attention I get from sluts. Like I can get a girlfriend easy, but not the ones I want, just the shallow ones.

Any advice for how one would circumvent this problem?
