How should I approach?
I'll try make this short. I am 16 years old and I like this girl my age that goes to my school. I almost always get eye contact from her when I see her in the hallway and she was at my bus stop for the first time a couple days ago (without any friends) and she stood as close to me as possible without being right up to me (probably only about 4-5 feet away). Anyways I am quite good at reading body language and I am fairly confident she is interested as well.
My only problem is that I am in none of her classes and don't know any of her friends. How should I go about approaching her? Starting a conversation next time I see her in the hallway would be weird since I've never spoken to her and barely know her friends at all. I could wait and see if I see her at my bus stop again but that might not happen for a long time. How should I approach her? If you have any questions I will answer them right away, I wanna do this before it's too late and she's taken. Help me totse.

Re: How should I approach?
Wow, usually if I'm 4-5 feet away from somebody, I'm either not engaged in conversation with them or they have excruciatingly severe body odor.

lyk omg ihtz sac0.
I died a little bit, but it needed to be said.
Just walk up and say hello, let her know that you've been meaning to say hi for a while now. Ask her if she is free to do something later.

Then where do you get the impression she's interested?
Just say hi.

Euda *hug* *kiss* Edit: hb mod :0
I could try that but that might be moving to fast. I am not all grown up like you. Asking her to do something so fast would work or seem needy?
firekitty I am pretty sure she likes me from eye contact, I am pretty good with girls so I can usually just tell. Should I isolate her from her friends? Or is it okay to just start talking to a group of 3 or 4 (remember I know none of them at all). SHe seems kinda quiet so I would have to do most of the talking at first.

Re: How should I approach?
Really, just say "hi." Start a conversation. If she's interested at all, she will continue it, and will attempt at leveling with you.
Be confident, don't stutter, and add a little cockyness to your general attitude whilst talking to her. Look her in the eyes, and smile systematically.
It all begins with a subtle smile, and then let her come to you.

Re: How should I approach?
Thanks for more advice. I think I'll just say hi next time I see her and see if she tries to start a conversation. I'm good at all the stuff Necrypsys said so I don't have any worries about coming off as needy or underconfident. Anything else I should try or make sure I do?

Smiling works wonders... next time your eyes meet, smile at her. If she smiles back, go over and start a conversation.

Do you lack depth perception, or do you just like standing eerily close to people?

Re: How should I approach?
You're going to think I'm crazy, but it has worked for me.
Start a small friend relationship. Nothing big, just so she knows you exist. Then begin to interact with her in ways that will have her thinking of you for a little bit afterwards. I suggest something like a random "high five" if you pass them in the hallway.
The gesture obviously depends on where you are, but I've found this works most of the time and puts you on their mind for at least a while after.
