It's going to hurt no matter what you do but this is the best way to start loosening her up. If she's a virgin you have to work your way there not pound home right in the beginning.

Like the above poster said; it's almost certainly going to hurt her the first time. There isn't much to be done about that. Be sure to spend lots of time on foreplay and use some lube if you can. Then take it very, very slow until she tells you otherwise. If she doesn't masturbate already sugest that she starts. I guess it's as simple as that.
