I'm a smart ass in person, generally that gets me laughs. If I don't have my friends laughing within 10 minutes of seeing them, there's kinda something wrong.

Re: Making a girl laugh?
YOU have to have some sort of sense of humor to make someone laugh. If you cant make someone laugh on your own, you arent an interesting person.

If I'm bored, I'll make fun of my girlfriend for doing anything at all. If she brushes her hair to the side I say something like, "You think you're fucking cool for brushing your hair like that?"

Yeah I just usualy wait for stuff to happen to comment on it, make fun of people, or build of other people's jokes so that i may not get credit but the one who's remembered for bigger laughs is myself.

be blatant with her-critisize something you two see together and make it an inside joke; than you can reuse it (unlike scripted jokes and condoms).

take advantage of inside jokes. eg. when in the classroom you can say something internet savvy like "LOL nooblet" and those who know the inside joke will laugh at even the lame ones, unless they are REALLY pathetic. The teacher wouldnt know what your talking about

Re: Making a girl laugh?
I usually just look at whatevers around me and complain about it, in a funny way. Makes EVERYONE i know laugh endlessly, including my friends and my girlfriend.
For example, if we were watching a movie and one of my buddies and his girlfriend were making out, i might loudly say something along the lines of 'Glad to see everyones paying attention'
Or if we got stuck on the floor rather then one of the couches, id just be like 'Its ok, i love 4 foot spaces on concrete. Mmmmmm concrete. Its so soft' etc etc. Just keep going. I know it sounds stupid but once you learn how to do it, its hilarious.

Re: Making a girl laugh?
Making a girl laugh. By being humble. By saying the silliest, and the most socking, things. By being somebody they haven't experienced before.
A funny person is a person who pushes the boundries but doesn't care.
The most important thing though, is that he doesn't take himself seriously.

RAndom shite, i think the thing that makes you funniest is when you are in a good mood or experiencing any emotion before hand.
Its not so much you say but how you say it or whats behind the words such as some quirky ass emotion.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm sort of a comedic genius when I'm in the mood. But if I talk to a person on the way to class without making them laugh, I feel like I let them down.

people are dumb as hell and will laugh at almost anything.. obserdity, irony, and pointing out hippocracy are all easy ways.. Slamming people to the ground who try and make fun of you whilst making them look stupid is another way(don't be too hard on them or you look like a dick)..

Re: Making a girl laugh?
I think of plays on words, I rant and rave about stuff, I take the piss (affectionatly), I point out hypocrisy and irony...
I dunno, there are loads of things that make anyone laugh, girls are no exception really.
If people don't generally find you an amusing person (and everyone is funny in their own way), I guess you really need to develop something between you and them as a "long term" joke or something? Or more easily, get into the style of thinking which allows pure comedy to gush forth
Now...is it possible to make a person laugh too much?

Re: Making a girl laugh?
Dark cynicism usually doesn't work for me anymore-- be careful when pointing out irony, it's not always funny, as I learned the hard way.
I was with a girl, forget what movie we were watching, our how it was even ironic. I just remember the scene was ironic, a girl ended up being run over by a car and bleeding to death, and I started to laugh at the irony. MISTAKE! Totally ruined that evening.
As gay as this sounds, watch Dane Cook and how he is with his words and how he says things. He's a good person to emulate. A play on words always works, just make sure you're quick.
And, this is worth repeating, no dark humor. Girls don't think Nazi references are funny for some reason, but it's a hard habit to break when all of my friends do.

Hey hey, if a girl doesn't find Nazi jokes funny, she's not worth talking to.
Really now, what kind of person would you be to want to be with someone that obviously isn't compatible with you to that extent?

Randomness is funny. So is complete inappropriatness...I don't care if that's not a word.
My boyfriend is hilarious, and he usually makes me laugh by being witty. I don't think you can just become witty if you aren't naturally though. Also, it always makes me laugh when he farts. He'll do it at completely inappropriate moments and it cracks me up.

WOW even a loser like me can make a girl laugh.
Here;s a good one when a talking with a girl and things get quiete say
"You know what the best thing about necrophilia is? You don't have to bring flowers, yeah usually they are already there"
If she laughs at that, she is cool.

Re: Making a girl laugh?
The members of totse always make me laugh, it makes a shit day so much better. I find really controversial/racist/offensive/disgusting jokes funny.
Or references to silly things.
Once I was drinking chocolate milk with my friend, we were looking out the window at a hill where his little brother had parked the Jeep. Last time we look, the Jeep was facing the other way; it had been moved. We were both shocked, and I said it was like Brum, that cartoon car that has a face, and drives round and talks. We spit our milk everywhere and fucking loled.

Unless she's Jewish, i've made that mistake before..
I usually get laughs with cynicism, and randomness. Occasionally, subtly pointing out something with a witty, dry, humourous comment. If that doesn't work, I fall back to being nice.

Bwahahah, he's witty cos he farts?
And here I've been keeping all my proteinshake-farts in for my girlfriend, just to be nice. Obviously I should've been letting them rip during sex, intimate conversations and at the dinner table. That'd be hilaaarious.
Nah personally I've just always been one of those funny guys, the class clown and all. Always trying to come up with jokes, probably to make up for all sorts of insecurities, be funny to make people like you...
Basically I just like to analyze whatever's going on around me, conversations or circumstances and point out funny shit about it. You also very much need to be able to say it in a certain way...
Anyways, nevermind that, I couldn't teach you. One funny thing is though... When I just met my gf, she thought I was hilarious. Now whenever I make people around me laugh, she thinks geez how can they laugh at his lameass jokes. I kinda miss it, making her laugh...

Re: Making a girl laugh?
Anyone who says black humor doesn't work is a damn liar.
Unless, of course, you're trying to cheer up a cute girl at a party, crack a cancer joke while smoking a cigarette, then find out later that night her mom died of lung cancer.
This, of course, led to other jokes later. Mostly because I'm an asshole.
AS it is, I make girls laugh with mocking, self-deprecation, randomness, and a lot of bitter cynicism. I don't even do it on purpose, I naturally talk like that and don't tone down for anyone. It is greatly to my surprise that I've had more girls find it funny/attractive than insulting.
