Yea- sometimes I just wanna skip to the sex. Best thing that works is make it really rough. While making out- kiss her hard, pull hair, bite. I was with a girl once who didn't understand how kissing could turn into sex. She liked to say that kissing was a completely seperate thing and one that she'd rather save for more intimate circumstances. It was odd, but not hard to understand. You can try that approach.
