Seriously, I have THE worst time telling if a girl likes me. Or maybe no girl ever liked me or likes me now, but I just don't know. I read that thread on how to tell if they like you and looking back, some girls showed ALL of the signs mentioned and I was clueless. Now looking at my situation, I think there are like 3-4 girls who like me, but I still am unsure.

There are these two girls, completely unrelated situations, but nonetheless, they both show signs that they like me *according to that thread*

Now I've only talked to them once or twice because I'm a pussy, but in both situations:

They laughed at ALL of my jokes.

They were responsive.

They were really nice to me.

I've looked into body language, and they show a few of the signs, but I've never tried to read body language before.

Now, they are not my friends, and I barely know them, so next time I talk to them is there anything I can do/say subtly that will show if they actually like me?

well the reason why you don't know if these girls dig you is because you've only talked to them once or twice.. I mean obviously you aren't gonna know if you can't even talk to these females long enough to read their vibe..

anyway like I said in another thread, signs if a female likes you:

-laughs at everything you say (even when it's not funny)

-keeps on touching you when you guys talk

-holds eye contact with you for a longer than usual peroid of time

-body faces you/leans towards you when you guys talk

-SMILES at you when you guys talk(duh)

once you actually spend some TIME talking to these girls you should be able to pick up on it very easily.. it's really not that hard to tell.

No, the thing is, I can't tell. It's not simple to me like it is to you. Even if I did spend time with them I would have no clue. Girls in the past have been interested in me and we would talk a lot, but I was clueless until a year later when I found out either through their friend or through her. All of the signs you listed, both girls do this. Now does this instantly mean she likes me? I've seen one of them do this with a lot of guys and she is FAR from a slut.

in most cases, yes.. it means they are INTERESTED.. but like I said above, you need to spend TIME with these females to get a better read overall. nobody can tell 110% how these women feel over just 1-2 conversations, but you can tell what their initial interest level is and if there is a possibility something could develop..

once a female GIVES YOU THESE SIGNS, that's when YOU have to take charge and take it to the next level. it's up to you to do that. ask them to do something outside of school, or at least continue macking to them in school until you get comftorable enough to ask them to chill outside of school..

ok.. these types of females are kind of tricky and require a different set of rules when dealing with them.

alot of these "attention whore" types like to flirt with alot of guys, give guys positive reads-- because they like the attention. it's like an ego boost for them when they have a bunch of different guys sweating over them.. these girls measure their desirability based on how many guys want them... females like this really shouldn't be taken too seriously.

Girls are fucked up nutcases and, just like men, generally don't know what they want, let alone how to show it.

So you have to take a chance and assume they like you. The worst thing that can happen is rejection.

the stuff you described is flirting. it's different from liking, but it means you've got a good shot. not a sure shot though.
