No. A cold sore is herpes. It doesn't mutate when transfered to your balls. You just get mouth herpes on your genitals.

Just to clarify, a cold sore is NOT herpes, or they would just call it herpes. It's a different form of the virus, and yes cold sores are contagious. So, if you somehow got cold sores on your cawk, you would not have "herpes" technically. <--Try explaining one to the ladies though.

One of them is like, Herpes Simplex One, the other is Herpes Simplex Two.

No, they're not the exact same form of the virus. One is herpes simplex, and one is...whatever the other one is called.

But it doesnt really matter. Herpes is herpes. It might be a slightly lesser form of the virus, but you still get outbreaks, and it's still a lifelong ailment. There are plenty of things that supress it, but the disease is still there. And it's still contagious. And from what I hear on commercials(although I may have misheard) is that its possible to spread it even when theres no outbreak. So its definitely better to keep it away from your genitals.

And also, why would you want someone with sores all over their mouth to go down on you? Thats just gross. I wouldnt go down on my girl like this...
