i've just broken up with my girl a week ago.. but i feel that i can chase her back... but not sure on how to do it..

Don't bother dude, just let her go. Unless it was a misunderstanding there's probably a reason you broke up.

Just ride it out, I know you can feel like your ruined without her but you'll feel better soon and you'll realise she was overrated.
