After thinking for long hours today I finnaly realized that I will never see my ex again and it was pretty damn depressing. So I went out to smoke a bowl. I smoked some of my weed then I started heading back home when I saw 2 girls I dont know why I've allways had a thing for these punk/scene girls so I asked them if they want to smoke a bowl with me they said yea... Well I ended up getting one girls msn addy.

Thats basically the only way I know of talking to girls... pretty pathetic.

Any suggestions?

What do you mean that's the only way you know how to approach girls? Asking them to smoke weed with you?

I wouldn't say that's so bad. At least it seems to have worked (so far).

Cant say more than that. Its that simple. Look out for the flares, girls making eye contact with you longer then 2-4 seconds. That means they "see" you and your either extremely ugly and get noticed, or you look pretty enoguh for her. And make sure to smile when you talk, but dont overdo it, people dont like the smiling psycho. But never, EVER walk up, greet and say nothing, even if YOU have something better to do like listening to music etc.

I find it's so easy to goto places where you already have a connection with someone so their easy to talk to, like college courses, fish shops ((For fish tank) Actually happened to me today.)

Just personally, I wouldn't ask a girl for her aim or msn or anything electronic besides phone #. Maybe I'm behind the times or something but I'd feel kinda loserish if a chick gave me her email address. As far as approaching girls I don't have any advice, just roll with it and be yourself if they like you it'll be obvious. If not, fuck them, there are tons of girls.

It is dependent on age. Younger girls (e.g. 14 - 19) prefer mobile numbers as that is the predominant method of communication between friends and so on. However older women prefer if you ask for email, as it seems less threatening and invasive. At least that is the impression I have got from my reading on the subject.
