Default So, it's over.

I can actually hear some of you saying "about fucking time."

I'll keep this short.

Yesterday, I told him we needed to take a break. He took that to mean that he should analyze our relationship and ask me questions about stuff. Fine, whatever.

Today, he accuses me of still having feelings for my ex, which is completely unjustified. It broke my heart. And I really don't think I can forgive him for saying it.

So to top off this incredibly shitty day, I'm so sick I can barely get out of bed, and I failed an incredibly important midterm today.

Comfort me, totse. I have no drugs and I can't drink because it'll make me throw up.

That sucks, but atleast you can move on. You guys weren't having fun anymore, so it was time to end it anyway. I hope you feel better soon though!!

What's a good break up cure other than drugs, alcohol, or having random sex with random people? Stabbing myself in the eye sounds lovely right now, but I don't think that would go over well.

Break-ups are hard, I'm still upset from the one I went through last month, however, FORGIVE HIM.

Even if you don't want to get back together with him, don't stay mad at him for something like that.

Of course it was unjustified, but you need to realize is that a "break" or a break-up is not easy for anyone, and sometimes people say things they don't mean. Trust me on this one.

I'm just astounded that he could tell me how much he trusts me and cares about me, and then say "I think you still have feelings for your ex." That was the coldest possible thing he could ever say to me.

How would you react if your boyfriend said it to you? Shrug it off and say "fine, that's your opinion, nothing I can do to change it?"

I doubt it.

I would say "don't be an idiot!" and then it's up to him whether or not to move on. That's more his problem than yours. Also, isn't it a moot point anyway since you guys have broken up?

Bury yourself in something that interest you. Find a book, or a news story, or anything that pulls your mind away. A major news story is good because there is always more news coverage.

I think that was the point. Chances are you telling him you wanted to take a 'break' (Most guys think that = break up) made him angry, sad, pissed, whatever other bad feelings you can think of. SO he said the harshest thing he could think of in retaliation.

Think about when your sibling (not sure if you even have one)or parent did somethign that made you upset, and what you said back to them. I'll put some money down that whatever it was, it was the harshest thing you could think of at the time, and you didnt give too much thought about the repercussions of what you said.

I know i've done that on more than one occasion.

I could also be way off the mark, owing to the fact that i have no idea what your circumstances are. If thats the case, sorry if i've said anything to offend.

*wanders up and hands Demoiselle a big bowl of icecream*

Even though it probably wont feel like it for a while, if he's going to start saying spitefull shit like that, you really *are* better off without him.

I know it wont make you miss him any less, but atleast you wont have people saying horrible things to you every day now.

As for the thing you failed, is there any way you can explain it to your teacher/whatever?

I saw a film once, where these kids heard that if someone in their university died or killed themselves, everyone would automatically pass.

Do you know anyone at uni you dont much like..?

My current plan of attack is not to leave my room. It's working thus far. Helps that I've got this flu though, noone expects me to do anything. Except I think my work is gonna fire me, but meh.

I think this advice fits perfect. It was given to me about thirty minutes before I tripped three tabs of acid for the first time.

"No matter how intense it gets, ride it through. Things will be normal eventually."

Eww. No, definitely not. That's dead, buried, and got bashed over the head several hundred times with a shovel for good measure. I don't pull those.

The only thing that's really ever helped me is to just cry.

After awhile you get sick of it, and want to move on. Which is important, you have to WANT to move on before you can.

Breakups are awfull.horrible.

I'm not sure which is worse, if you put alot of time and effort into a relationship, just to get cast aside by the asshole..

Or,the bitter taste in your mouth when you remember that you actually used to like the little prick.

Ick. I feel both.

Best things for getting over a breakup..

Doing stuff you wouldnt normally be able to, like eating a whole tub of icecream without anyone going 'Ugh. YOu're going to eat the whole thing??!' ect..
