I just tell them straight out that I'm interested and I want to fuck them. It generally works wonders, apart from with insecure girls. Those ones you have to coax a bit and lead on, and break it to them softly.

Of course, this depends on how sexually experienced the girl is. If you're young and so is she, replace 'fuck' with kiss.

'Oh hey I wanna kiss you ' would actually work, you know. It's lighthearted, and to the point. Makes it easy for her to say yes.

But if you wanna be a bit more sly, which is more creepy but whatever, just get to know her and after a few weeks sneak in a kiss.

Stop worrying about being creepy and you won't be creepy.

If the girl is interested then 9 times out of 10 whatever you say won't be considered creepy (within reason). If the girl is not interested then any flirting at all may be considered creepy.

This is what seems to work for me.

Think positive and make yourself believe that she is interested in you.

Now imagine how happy you would feel if that girl you've always liked came up to you and just said "i really like you , we should get together".

Now thats exactly how she's gonna feel when you tell her that.
