Make sure it's really her problem (yeast infection), and then break up with her (or at least have a VERY GOOD talk about her attitude regarding what is and is not your business).

IIt's probably a yeast infection, and she's too embarrassed to tell you. If it was anything you could catch, she'd probably tell you. Especially if her parents and grandparents know, they'd make her tell you.

go get your ass tested just incase. If you're clean then that's a real good thing. (Condom or not it's a good idea to get tested) Then talk to her about it. If you eat at that restaurant, you should know how well it is cleaned. If it is just a yeast infection then so be it.
