Default Is a 'casual' relationship possible?

I'll summarize the past few months, I don't want to go on and on:

I met a girl. She's Muslim. She is amazing. We talked, snuggled and played video games. 4 weeks later we've fallen for each other. We have a fuckload in common, we are a perfect match for each other. It sounds shitty and lame OMGZ FAG LUV IS GHEY! But I feel on top of the fucking world right now.

BUT, this is where the kicker comes in. We both know that due to many factors, a proper loving relationship (moving in, etc) isn't possible.

So, I ask you S&A. Is it possible for us to be happy and content with each other, but not be in a completely dedicated relationship? If you want to know more, just ask. But there are some parts I will not tell you about. Any help will be appreciated.

I am getting the feeling you do not know what a "proper loving relation" really is.

It may last for a little while, but probably not very long

^ fuck off, turd.

I'm missing something, religiously, but I don't see anything stopping you. When it comes down to it, you are you and she is she, and nobody can intrude themselves on what you have together.

Simplify? Love.

Is the moving in together thing because of your religion or something else?

I'm not sure what you're looking for as far as being happy and content. Aren't you already happy and content?

Turd self-owned and I got quoted by a girl who's been around for a year but only has 11 posts.

Man this place is so weird. But I love it.

You're all nuts.

Its possible, but it would require work (mostly on restraint). Perhaps just close friends would work better.

Sure, just keep getting to know each other and see where it leads. You dont have to move in with someone immediately. Hang with her and see what she's like in a few months.

So ontop of the world that you would do anything for her? Im going to get a little dramatic here. Run away with her. Take all your money, let her take all your money, sell your house, your things and your identity. Fly somewhere where there isent much information needed from your ID, like Brazil, Italy or something. Another question is that, do your parent or spouses know about her? If they dont, forget the past, and pick up and go. May sound crazy, but love makes you do crazy things...

The moving in together thing is becasue we're so madly in love, we want to live together. We're both Muslim, so religion isn't the problem at all.

Yes I am happy and content. So fucking happy and content. But we both know that right now, there is no chance of us being able to live together, or get married or have kids in the future at all. But we've talked about it and right now we're just going to cherish what we have now. But I'm working on it, I have a plan.

Restraint, oh what a word. The first night we were together, we cuddled and talked for hours. I didn't make a sexual move on her at all. When I left, she confessed that she felt something strange when she lay in my arms at night. The fact that I didn't make a move on her, unlike every other male friend she has, really meant a lot to her. I'm a patient person, I'm willing to wait and see how things unfold, but I really want things to get even better for us.

My recent thoughts exactly. Thank you.

I've thought about it, oh God I have, so many times. I've got over $10K saved up for a new car, but I knew when I was 15 and first started saving money that it would be handy for something else. But my religion requires me to obey my parents without question, unless their orders are ridiculous. And right now, their orders are. I don't have any other spouse, I would never EVER cheat. My parents know about her, and they hate it. I'm going to get real dramatic right now and explain the problem, but bare with me.

She is Serbian Muslim, she converted to Islam years ago. I'm Bosnian Muslim, born and raised. If you know anything about Serbs and Bosnians, you'll understand the problem. If not, I'll explain. Bosnians and Serbs hate each other. They are mortal enemies, and have been for centuries. Parents of a Serb would NEVER let them marry a Bosnian, and vice versa. Their respective religions may teach tolerance (except for Serbian Orthodox, but that's another story), but their nationality overrides that, and blatant racism and emerges.

This is the problem. My parents would NEVER accept a Serb girl into this family, even though she is a devout Muslim. This is what upsets me so much. To quote my mother, "She may be a nice girl, but in the back of my mind she is Serb, and I won't allow it".

Islam is blind to blood and nationality, just like love is. Anyone can be a Muslim, yet Balkan people are just fucked like that. I don't give a shit that she's Serb, she's the most amazing woman I've ever met, and she feels the same way about me. But that's just one problem, but it's the main problm.

Read above.

Anyways, my plan is that I'm going to talk to my Islamic teacher. He's a fucking genuis, he knows so fucking much about life. I'm going to talk to him about the situation and most likely pour my heart and soul out in front of him. But that's why he's so damn cool, he knows what love is, and he'll understand perfectly. Hopefully he will be able to talk to my parents about the situation that I'm in, and finally put the nails in the coffin and end their blatant racism and hate forever.

My fucking parents have done this shit before, it sickens me. They did it to my sister, she was madly in love with a Christian guy, I met him, he was fucking cool and perfect for my sister, i wouldn't want her to be with anyone else. Speaking of which, she married a guy who my parents loved, a Bosnian Muslim. Guess what? He fucking cheated on her 4 months into the marriage. But I digress. My parents couldn't stand it. OMGZ WE ARE NOT GONNA HVAE CHRISTIAN HALF GREEK GRANDCHILDRENS! PURE BOSNIAN MUSLIMS ONLY! They tore them apart, my sister was an emotional wreck for more than a year. And this happened years ago, she still isn't over that guy.

I'm not letting that happen to me. I'll fucking die before I'm torn away from the love of my life.

Anyways, thanks a lot for the words, they help a lot. I hope you all find love, just like I have.
