Is this normal? They keep trying to "convert" me...

Just respectfully tell them you're not interested. Put yourself in their position, you have one question to ask before going up to someone, "will they like me?", they have two. "Will they like me?", but before that, they have to ask, "Are they gay/bisexual?". It's a really tough situation. Just tell them, "I'm not gay, sorry, I'm sure you're a really nice person though." or something like that.

It never used to bother me, but now it fucking pisses me off that ONLY gay guys hit on me, and never women. And I know I'm not gay looking, I don't have a gay voice or give off a gay vibe.

I've wanted to experience the gay scene for A while now. To cut the concept short, as I am lazy, I want to experience what it feels like to be a woman in such social situations, in order to better tailor myself to their wants and relate.

That's the other thing! I got to a very liberal school. If word got out that I was mean to gays then, all the women would take offense. It's not cool.

Some people probably turn gay here just for the social benefits.

Just another case of a straight guy assuming that because a gay guy is talking to you that he is hitting on you.

If things get bad, you can say they're sexually harassing you. If it's really not bothering you that much, it's not a big deal.

Dude just imagine how they feel trying to see if you're into it or not. I've considered myself bi for a while but I almost never hit on girls. The few times that I did I was totally freaked out about them getting uncomfortable or being forcefully rejected. I mean it's always worked out for me, but testing the waters to see if someone can go both ways is a scary thing. Give them some credit, you can always just say no.

This may sound off topic at first glance, but my uncle owned a funeral home when I was a kid, and when I was old enough to understand what that meant I was terrorfied of it. Man, I've been hit on by fags before....It's a really disturbing, alien feeling....knowing that some guy within a few feet of you wants to fuck you.....so disturbing...

It happened to me a few times when I was like 19-21.....had a fake and went into bars all the time.....at first I was revolted and was just very short and abrupt with them, acted disinterested....pretty much doing what a girl does when she blows a guy off (rejection, not BJ).

BUT then I had a revelation....I could get free drinks out of this. I never once played into the gay thing, I never said or even insinuated I was gay or tried to fake gay mannerisms.....

-If I was at a bar though by myself just chillin and a homo came and started a convo with me, I would just play dumb and act like I didn't realize he was a fag hitting on me...just pretended he was a nice stranger striking up a conversation....as long as the convo never turned onto a blatantly gay course.....then I'd have to stop it there...but usually I'd just chug my drink real quick and act like I was thinking about leaving....then the homo offers to buy you a drink...You can comfortably keep this going until they start making sexual gay references.....then it's time to say "have a nice day, thanks for the drinks, but I gotta go meet my girlfriend. Bye."
