If rape had no consequences would you do it?

Normally law deters crimes. In this case if there was no law to deter crimes, would you pefrom crimes? steal, scam rape etc.

I think about this now, I would definitely steal if I knew I could get away with it, or if their were no consequences at all in this evironment or experiment. But I would not rape anyone. I guess what im saying is, law deters crimes, but what kind of moral do we truly have when their are no deterrents?

but if there were no stds or chance of pregnancy i would probably have a lot of sex with different people. what can i say, my hormones are going crazy and i have grown curious...

No, I'd never do it, purely out of moral principle. I don't like the idea of taking away someone's freedom for my own pleasure, over their body or otherwise. I would just get disgusted with myself for taking advantage of their trust.

I don't exactly think people could rape (most of us have morals) but I think alot more people would have sex with underage girls. Not me personally but those fucking pedo's who get busted by dateline would have a better chance.

When I ment no consequences I ment by law, society and ... In this case, the girl woudl still nto want it and she would still have effects of a rape victime. She would also not consent to have sex i.e. you forcefully do it. Also in this case the girl will never know it's you.

The basis is that if you could get away with it, 100%; would you do it?

earlier responces say no based off morals and feelings of the victim. While few would do it.

Any other things you guys would that are illegal if you could get away with it.
