From what I understand it does increase pleasure. I doubt a woman can actually feel it and they look awfully delicate to me. One thing for sure, if you like peeing standing up don't get one.

There are other kinds of piercings. I pierced my foreskin a couple months ago. I took it out because it was a little crooked and I didn't approve. The raging hardon that I got when I performed it was also no good(I'm weird).

Your best bet would be to go to a tattoo parlour or a peircing place and talk to them about it.

Just say you're interested, bu not entirely sure, you just wanna know this and that and chances are someone there has one and the people there should be able to give you good honest answers.

never ever..something copuld go wrong..its happened with circumcision, i will never do any surgery on my dick..its a fine size and can do ok without performance enhancing holes and jagged bits of metal...so ill say no thanks

And depending on what kind of piercing the OP gets, he cans till piss standing up. A P.A. has the 'showerhead' effect, but if he gets the frenum or the dydoe, it'll be fine.
