I'd suggest cement, and planting flowers. Also, get an atmosphere to eat up those little rocks before they can crash into your [planet] face.

I can't answer your primary question of how you get rid of craters on your face.

But to get some affection, find a chick you like and make a move. It tends to be just that easy.

Any face cream with Benzoyl Peroxide will very quickly get rid of acne.

Note: This is the main ingredient in Proactiv Solution, actually pretty much the only active ingredient, but it can be found in greater amounts in much cheaper facewashes.

Microderm abrasion is really the only way.. you can try scar healing stuff and pockmark masks but they take forever and are rather unnoticible.
