I'm just curious. If a guy was to send you some flowers or something to you at work or wherever how would you respond to this? Answers for both if you were single, and an answer for if you were with someone (assuming the admirer didn't know).

Guys have you ever done something like this? Or ever had a partner come home saying some dude sent her a gift? If so how'd it work out.

I'm just wondering about this, I dunno why I'm not planning anything. For some reason I want to know you standpoints here.

If the admirer doesn't even know if they're with some one, then the admirer probably isn't in a position to give flowers.

i would love it if i were single, but if that happened in a relationship it would be kind of weird for obvious reasons. it just makes things awkward.

I think some guy did that to one of my ex's.

But she was some thousands of miles away at the time, but if a guy did that to my girl and I could reach him, I'd go first tell him to fuck off, and if he didn't, then kick his ass.

as a gurl i would luve it if a guy or gurl did that for me, as a taken woman, i would say that i found it sweet that someone would do that, just send random flowers.

Before my girlfriend and I were dating (we were openly interested in each other, though) this guy sent flowers and a teddy bear to her house. It creeped her out.

Not for me personally I was just wondering how guys would respond if it happened to their partner. Piegirl gave the answer I was hoping wouldn't exist these days

arquin gave an excellent response in saying if you don't know her well enough, don't do anything like that but rather get to know her better.
