How many of you have actually met someone at a party that turned into a meaningful relationship?

If you hook up with someone at a party while you are both extremely drunk/high does anyone really expect the "relationship" to continue outside of that one night?

And finally, would you/did you lose your virginity while on any substance?

All very possible, really not recommened.

If you're at any kind of party I'd like to attend chances are everyone, or most, are drunk or on something... so even if you think you could start some sort of "meaningful relationship" while you're fucked up, there's a good chance she's not exactly expecting the same thing. A girl doesn't marry the guy she banged three Saturdays ago at "that party where I drank lik 100 beer omg".

I met my ex-ex-girfriend at a party, introduced my a mutual friend. I *think* I talked to her for a while, but honestly cannot remember because I was too drunk/high.

next morning though, our friend told me she had found me very attractive and I got her number from her.

It depends. If you're just drinking with them, sure.

I lost my virginity while I was trashed. I saw the guy for the first time in two years (last time I saw him, we were drunk and nekkid) the other night... again, I was trashed. It was sort of awkward, but mostly funny. We caught up and whatnot, so it was okay.

Parties are fun because to me a party means girls, booze, and drugs. Long term relationships are definalty possible once the cloud of alcohol is gone

It's possible and it has happenned, but it depends on the type of guy.

What sort of guy?

The first time I met my fiance was at Nation in Washington DC. I was the photographer at the club, and I sold her a pill. About an hour later she came up to me and gave me a kiss on the cheek and told me it was working, then she ran off.

actually a friend of mine hooked up with a guy at a party last year while drunk, and he is now her very very serious boyfriend.

I've never had a one night stand with someone who was drunk/high, while I was drunk/high.

Nope. Stone-cold sober, I was.

First time i ever met my girlfriend was at my buddies, just blazin and chillin. i hated her guts. i made it my goal that night to make her cry.

come to think about it, i was on shrooms, so it seemed like a good idea at the time. but none the less i succeeded and moved on.

a few weeks later another friend had a party. she was there and i was casually drinking not really drunk. but im playing diddy kong racing when she walks in the room and gives me an awful glare and says "why you got beef" and i simply said i dont and we went our seperate ways. she was busy trippin on E but we chilled and ended up making fun of little john and like rappers for a few hours and eventually when i went to go pooch out, she followed and just layed beside me and we talked until morning. next thing i knew we went from literally i want you dead to sucking me off in 6 hours.

8 months later, no drugs are involved we're still together going strong, and we're inseperable (sp?).

long story short... much, much wierder things have happened. if its meant to happen it will.

If you are hooking up with some drunk chick at a party, i dont think thats a good way to start off a relationship, or a chick you are really going to want to take home to mom.

Thats why you dont date them afterward.
