Well, I'm a shy person by nature. I'm outgoing enough, but inthe matters of speaking mymind and opinions and feelings, I'm pretty shy. I could never go up to a girl and start a conversation if I like her or anything like that. And this has been eating away at me for quite some time. Could you guys give me some advice on how to build up my "Talking to girl" skills and confidence in general?

Girls - and I know there are quite a few of you one here - what do you like in a guy? LostCause, Firekitty, Xiao Mei?
