The F word....
fat! ok, so my girlfriend and I started smoking weed a lot more, which means more munchies. I have a fast metabolism so its impossible to gain weight for me, but my gf has started getting a little belly.... shes kind of getting a little chunk. Her mom was a cow before she got gastric bypass, so im scared she will one day turn into this, and it scares the shit out of me! Now obviously i cant tell her this, or mention anything about her being remotely gaining a fraction of a pound, for one, shes a girl, and girls and the word fat dont go together. Shes also extremely self conscious, which adds to it. Is it possible for her to get the idea i have in my head to try and exercise maybe or eat less, without her going crazy and killing herself? What does a guy do in this situation????? Its impossible i hate girls damnit.

Re: The F word....
Brutally blunt honesty pays off. I told my girlfriend she's getting a bit of chub in *insert areas*. Then she started excersising. Now we can both joke about things. I thought I'd be digging my self a grave when I said it. But no, she admitted "Yeah I have been putting on a little bit of weight, oh well".
She tells me when my skin gets worse/better, when I get skinnier/fatter etc. It's a nice thing I've got going.

Lovingly and affectionately throw an exercise bike and some whey protein powder at her eyeball.

Re: The F word....
You'll have to confront her about it.
How about instead of 'you' say that you're afraid 'we' might be gaining weight. That will soften the blow somewhat.
Also, I find munchies are a result of dehydration, drink a glass before and a few glasses disperesed after.

Re: The F word....
Don't fucking confront her about it. That's retarded. Tell her you want to take up hiking or jogging or goddamned rock climbing or fucking whatever and get active with her. When you're young you can gain and lose wieght like nuts. I'm 23 and I can gain 20 pounds in a week easy and lose 10 pounds in a week without too much difficulty as well.
Edit: May be you could just take her out dancing more often...
Cheers,
Lost

Re: The F word....
Well, I'm a blunt insensitive asshole sometimes. I'd just say "You're gaining some weight. I am too though." and then start working out.
Why can't women just take it as it is? If I can see a gut when a month ago I couldn't, YOU GOT FAT! Doesn't mean you're an obese cow.
And have some self respect and quit smoking weed.

Re: The F word....
When you guys go places, park in the back of the parking lot, if your going somewhere thats close suggest walking because "it looks nice out." Just don't let her catch on that your making her exercise. Things like that will help her burn some fat off. Or you could just have more sex, that burns calories too.

Re: The F word....
Just politely mention that she's starting to let herself go a bit, and it would mean a lot to you if she adjusted her diet a bit, because you want her to stay healthy. If you ask her to do this, though. you should be prepared to do the same.
But keep in mind, a little bit of a belly isn't the end of the world. It can actually be a good thing.

Re: The F word....
Do you really think she doesn't know she is gaining weight!? TRUST ME, she knows. Expecily if you said she is self-conceience. She will realize she is getting heavier and do something about it, unless she is juat a slob.
