I'll admit it right from the start: I am a picky guy. Picky about lots of things, but most of all picky about women. I can't stand preppy girls or 'plastic' girls, or girls who listen to rap/hip-hop, emo bitches who think Green Day and Simple Plan are real punk, and so on. Unfortunately, it seems like 90% of girls around here are like that. Anyway, this is not really what the topic is about.

Now, my very good friend(Who is a real playboy) has recently been bringing up the fact that I do not have a girlfriend, nor have I kissed a girl yet(He has made out with 6 girls in the past week, I saw it for myself)

I understand that most people don't get real lives and real girlfriends until their later teen years, but I'm thinking that now would be a good time to start perfecting my social skills. So, S&A, how would I go about wooing a girl I like and what actors are important?

I'm pretty sure I'll get a lot of flak for this, but whatever... I'm 13. Yes, yes, go ahead and laugh. Anyway, I occassionally go out to social things, but I'm mildly reclusive and have only a few good friends outside of school. Oh, and Tommy Lund, that really is one of the harder things to do. It's not a competition. Don't neccisarily go looking for a gf, but female friends maybe. Or just make out with a girl or something. Don't think about going to much further at risk of stressing yourself.

if you're not really that into the idea, that's fine too, you're young.

Maybe part of the reason he's bringing it up is more because he wants to feel like a badass than an actual concern for you. :-P

If you were as much of a playboy as him, it'd probably make for a bit of competition and confrontation.

i know how you feel man. i went in pursuit of a satisfying relationship 5 years ago to no avail. you just have to bite your tongue and pretent to like the girl for the sake of keeping yourself involved with girls.
