No, a man would never get an infection from a hand job because the penis is a closed sexual organ. This mean it's difficult for anything from the outside to get in. The penis is also one of the cleaner places on the male body.

By that logic it's impossible for men to get STIs at all.

But anyway, just think for a minute - hands do not excrete bodily fluids unless something is really, really wrong with them. Sure, some are transferred by contact, but the amounts pale in comparison even to third base.

I'd be more worried about the fact that your girl is afraid of getting STIs from you - even if she's just being paranoid, then I'd be worried about her being unhealthily paranoid.
