my boyfriend got it and i totally kissed/screwed him for weeks, both before we knew he had it and after. despite it being "highly contagious," i never really got it except for a couple days where i felt sort of gross. but no, never got the full-fledged mono.

then again, i don't know WHY i didn't so i definitely wouldn't reccommend taking my advice as opposed to say, a doctor's. and if she has it, she might not be feeling up to messing around.

and umm...it kind of sounds like an excuse. "sorry, can't hook up, i have...uhh...mono! yeah." not saying it is, just saying don't make an ass out of yourself. if she doesn't want to hook up, real mono or not, then you're out of luck.
