Default Is it ok to keep a condom in my wallet?

I keep a condem in my wallet for those emergency senarios . But I just had a thought that maybe it's not good for the condom. And a bad condom is the last thing I need in my life. I don't know why it would, but it's best to be safe with these sorta things.

Will using a condom that was kept in a wallet for a while break? Does anyone else keep a condom in their wallet?

Keep your wallet in your front pocket.

A lot of people say no. But I carry mine in my wallet. As long as it isnt the one you've been saving since junior high, it shouldnt be a problem. The heat and the friction can wear it down, but I'd say it'd be good in there for at least a week.

don't keep it there for too long. a week at the very most.

as the wise man once said, "if you need to keep it in there any longer, you're not cool enough to be using it anyway."

After about 2 to 3 weeks, the latex is starting to break down and form tiny holes, so it's more or less useless. Week/week and half tops.

I keep one in there if I know there's a decent chance I'll get laid within a day or so, weekend trips for example. I seem to have a pretty good sense of that.

^ yes, or carry it in a different pocket. they gradually wear down, but it's better than nothing.

Fuck carrying them in you other wallet, i have a specific jonny wallet for mine (given to me during some safe sex talk).

Also most of my jonny's have a expiry date in like 2010, does putting them in your pocket speed up the wearing down process?

I heard it's bad, so why risk it? In my experience, a lot of dudes with condoms in their wallets just want everyone to see the circular protrusion and think them a badass.

(Not accusing any of you dudes, we just have lameasses like that around here)

I just keep a few in my messenger bag (always with me), or in my inside coat pocket in winter. That's worked fine thus far.

I don't really carry them with me...if I am in desparate need of one, most girls have a small supply around SOMEWHERE, and if not, a 5 minute trip to the gas station isn't difficult.

It is time to tell you the story...

My girlfriend and I had been dating for over a year when we decided to get married. My parents helped us in every way, and my friends encouraged me. My girlfriend? She was a dream! There was only one thing bothering me...

That one thing was her younger sister.

My prospective sister-in-law was twenty years of age, wore tight miniskirts, and low cut blouses. She would regularly bend down when near me, and I got many a pleasant view of her underwear. It had to be deliberate. She never did it when she was near anyone else.

One day little sister calls and asked me to come over to check the wedding invitations. She was alone when I arrived. She whispered to me that soon I was to be married, and she had feelings and desires for me that she could not overcome and did not really want to overcome. She told me that she wanted to make love to me just once before I got married and committed my life to her sister.

I was in total shock and could not say a word.

She said, "I'm going upstairs to my bedroom, and if you want to go ahead with it just come up and get me."

I was stunned. I was frozen in shock as I watched her go up the stairs. When she reached the top, she pulled down her panties and threw them down the stairs at me. I stood there for a moment, then turned and went straight to the front door. I opened the door and stepped out of the house and walked straight toward my car.

My future father-in-law was standing outside. With tears in his eyes, he hugged me and said, "We are very happy that you have passed our little test. We could not ask for a better man for our daughter. Welcome to the family!"

The moral of this story is.....

Always keep your condoms in your car

I would have to say no because because the condom is going to leave a permanent ring on the outside of your wallet which can be embarasing...

Don't keep a condom in your wallet. It's been proven that it wears away the latex because of friction. You don't want that thing to break when you need it.

LMAO that was an awesome story man.

But, if i keep condoms in my wallet, i usually change them to a new one time after time. I heard they are more likely to break if you keep them in your wallet for too long.
