Still have same problem here. I've gone once in about 3 months.

My gf also thinks it's her fault, which is a bit odd to deal with, I thoroughly enjoy the sex/etc., it just lacks the finish somehow.

Long for me is on average about 1.5-2 hours, we get tired of I simply go flaccid after that, record being about 4.5 hours.

It's likely a mental block, try to find out the source, fear, nervousness, etc.
