7-9 times a week.

I used to be quite obsessed with it, like 3 to 4 times a day, but now it's slowed down and I usually do it at least once a day, maybe twice on weekends.

If your feeling 'horny' than do it, you NEED to release it.

It doesnt matter if its 10 times a day, unless your dick starts to peel.

But there is a line to be drawn, Id say 10 is excesive..
