Grab some close friends and hang out with them for the next few days, it'll help distract you a bit, and you can talk about it.

How can you two say you love each other, yet le t a small non-pressing issue like university get in the way? if you truly loved each other, one would decide to work for a while, while the other got their degree. or find a way so they could both do the courses they want closer together. Or stay together over the 400 miles (which I don't think is too far, 640km) and visit each other every holidays.

It's not love. It's just severe infatuation because if it was love YOU'D FIND AWAY.

*ding* My life over the last month right there, though we broke up about a week and half ago, and she's about 300 miles away. Know how it feels, and emphasis on that torn away part, that always sucks.

not to be a downer but ive managed a 400 mile relationship for a while now...you've just gotta like each other enough.

400 miles is nothing. You can road trip that in a weekend, if you're really determined. Seems to me that you don't actually love eachother that much, and both just wanna screw around with other people in college.

Just remember, It's over now. So move on and find someone else. Don't waist time loitering in a self-pity state. Change is good.
